The Bayshore Custom Homes team is composed of Builder/Developer and owner, David Hill, Senior Project Manager, Jeff Furman, and C.O.O/Senior Designer, Shannon Mathews.
About the Process
The process starts with our expert architects creating your dream home on paper. Just about anything requested by the client is worked into the site plan and modifiable until both we, the builder, and the homeowner are satisfied.
Once approved, our team gets proper construction permitting and anything else required by the city. While we work behind the scenes to develop plumbing plans, drainage plans, and any other logistics, our clients begin their design meetings to choose exactly what they would like to have in their homes.

As this process is lengthy and does include lulls, we do our best to keep the client as up-to-date as possible. One way we do this is through the use of a resource called BuilderTrend. Our team uses this for documentation of the most up-to-date design selections to be accessed in the office, as well as on-site. Our clients are also given credentials to see all of the same information to reference in case of questions, or if they would like to make a design change. In this case, we are able to upload a new selection sheet to be virtually signed, as well as change orders to keep track of any variations in selection price for both parties.

We want the process to be as exciting for you as it is for us! We will walk you through the key elements that go into designing your new home. After each phase of the building process, we enjoy taking our clients on a walk through of the site to ensure the project that was imagined is accurately turning into a reality. Because some phases are longer than others, we also guarantee an update within the first week of each month, however, our team remains accessible before, during, and after the build.
